  7. INFORMATION:   A customer could not load the ISA driver for NetWare 386
  8.                v3.1 using an Ultrastore controller.  He got the "interrupt
  9.                controller detected lost hardware interrupt" error and then
  10.                his file server would abend.  He contacted Ultrastore and
  11.                they think it is a problem with their controller running in
  12.                some 486 machines.
